Warranty and Return Conditions

WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

In order to benefit from the right of return; The sale is based on a sales contract within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 4077; The return must be made within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without the purchased product being destroyed, cut, spoiled or used (upholstery, sewing, etc.). If the return period exceeds 7 days, no refund can be made, only exchange can be made. If the amount resulting from the change difference increases, an additional payment is made within the maturity period. If it is low, a refund will be made within the due date. The change period only covers 15 days.

 

Return requests are not accepted in cases where the labels on the product's packaging, affixed by the importer or manufacturer, are torn or the resaleability features are lost. BUYER is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him. The product must be sent undamaged and in the packaging sent.

 

In order for the refund to be processed, you must first fill out the complaint form in the "Customer Services" section at www.sertexhome.com.tr . Refund requests will not be accepted without filling out this form. If this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original invoice for the product delivered to you or the third party.

 

Be sure to keep the information (lot and similar barcode information) on the label on the packaging of the product(s) sent to you. In case of a return or complaint, you will first be asked for this information, and your transactions can be started with this information.

 

You can return the product within 7 business days following the receipt and positive outcome of the notification regarding the right to return. If the product arrives, the product price will be refunded to you within 7 business days. If the original invoice is not sent, your VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.

 

If the purchased products are returned, the shipping fee is covered by the seller. In case of negative results, no refund will be accepted and the return shipping fee will not be covered by us. If the result is positive, you can send your cargo free of charge by providing the cargo tracking code of your product.

 

Your return cargo will be sent to Suedser Tekstil San. Tic. A.Ş., a refund will be made to the credit card on which the product price was paid, within 10 business days, within the framework of the maturity date for deferred purchases. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement varies depending on your bank. If there is a delay in your refund being reflected on your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank via the information e-mail sent to you.
